...HONEYMOON ITALY
 The holidaymakers: Tanya Cartwright, 28, a head-hunter, and her husband,
Freddie, 28, an estate manager. They live in Devon, but have a pied-à-terre
in London. Tanya drives a VW Golf, Freddie an Audi convertible and
a Land Rover. They usually take cottage holidays in Scotland and Cornwall,
but have also been to the Maldives twice in the past two years.
Why they went: it was their honeymoon.

The verdict: “Unforgettable - it was the perfect post-wedding
recovery. Italy in June can be hot work, so you need hotels where it’s
a pleasure just to hang out, away from the midday sun. It couldn’t
