Nestled on a hill with spectacular views over the surrounding countryside, the traditional rustic farmhouse exterior cleverly retains the spirit of its roots, whilst inside, contemporary design concepts blend beautifully with the terracotta floors and oak beams. Stunningly restored over a three year labour of love, the house now comfortably sleeps 13 people.
Bedrooms are light and airy and decorated with locally sourced antiques and wrought iron beds. Bathrooms are thoroughly modern in design which makes a big difference to the majority of privately owned houses in Italy!
Those wanting to explore the surrounding area are spoilt for choice; the medieval town of Belvedere Ostrense is a five minute drive, whilst the white sandy beaches of Senigallia are just under half an hour away.
