Camilla Baines, a Florentine resident who has just become Bellini
Travel's official guide for Florence and Tuscany.
Camilla Baines is daughter of an English father and
American mother and grew up in London where she studied Art History
at
London University. She has lived in Italy for 16 years and has
worked as a
guide since 1988, travelling throughout Italy initially, with
small
specialised groups, and now working as a private (licensed) guide
in
Florence and the surrounding areas. As well as introducing Florence
to the
first time visitor, she can also arrange private visits to the
Vasari
Corridor and other Florentine gems as well as some of the beautiful
villas
and gardens in the surrounding countryside. Like her other Bellini
colleagues, she also loves working with families with children
and has two
boys of her own!
An outing with Camilla provides the unique opportunity to see
parts of this fascinating country that you would not normally
know about.
